Wabash Valley Masonic Library & Archives, Inc. was formed with the purpose of preserving the fraternal history of the Masonic Family in the Wabash Valley and to make items of interest available to Masonic and non-Masonic researchers.

The Board of Directors
David is U.S. Army veteran, serving in the U. S. Calvary and afterward began a career in higher education, retiring as the Dean of the Library at Vincennes University, and is a Past President of the Indiana Library Federation (2017). David holds a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in English from the University of Oklahoma, a Master's Degree in Educational Technology from Texas A. & M., and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Education from Walden University. David served as the Master of Terre Haute Lodge No. 19 in 2004, 2005, 2009, 2010, and 2011 and in 2023 was awarded the Order of Service to Masonry (OSM) by Grand Master Richard L. Lentz. In addition to these accomplishments David has also served Indiana Job's Daughters in various roles culminating in that of Associate Grand Guardian for Job's Daughters Indiana (2015). In his free time, Dave enjoys a good book, cooking, gardening, is an accomplished quilter, and is known for the signature bow ties which he makes and proudly wears. Most importantly, he enjoys conversations with family and friends and brothers.

Matthew E. Lowe, M.Phil.
Vice President
Matt holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Anthropology from Indiana State University and a Master's of Philosophy Degree in Historic Archeology from the University of Cambridge. He is currently employed by the Indianapolis Scottish Rite Cathedral as the Manager of Auditorium Operations. Matthew is a driving force in Indiana Freemasonry having served as the youngest Master of a Lodge (to that point) as the Master of Riley Lodge No. 390 in 2004 and has also served as the Master of Terre Haute Lodge No. 19 (2013, 2014, 2017, 2024) and Double Eagle Lodge No. 773 (2021), the later of which he assisting in founding. Matthew was awarded the Order of Service to Masonry by Grand Master Daniel L. Martin in 2022 and is also a recipient of the Knight York Cross of Honor, the Order of the Purple Cross, and the Knights Templar Cross of Honor. Matthew also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Terre Haute Masonic Temple Association. In his non-Masonic free time Matt enjoys woodworking and turning, having made custom gavels for many of the Master's of Terre Haute Lodge.

Ian J. Bertucci, M.M.
Treasurer
Ian holds a Bachelor's Degree is Music Education from Indiana State University, and a Master's Degree in Music Performance from Ithaca College. Ian is a letter carrier with the United States Postal Service by day and moonlights as a trombone and tuba player for the Lafayette Citizen's Band, Marshall City Band (IL), Terre Haute Community Band, ISU Concert Band, and The Indianapolis Trombone Choir. Ian has served as the Master of Terre Haute Lodge No. 19 in 2016, 2019, 2021, and 2022. Ian has also served that Lodge as Treasurer in 2023 & 2024 in which capacity he spearheaded a transition to a cloud based double entry book keeping system that has greatly benefit the knowledge base of the Lodge. Ian also serves as a Director of the Terre Haute Masonic Temple Association Board of Directors. Outside of music and Freemasonry Ian enjoys spending time with his one son.

Jordan M. Bayles, B.S.
Secretary
Jordan holds an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America, and a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Western Governor's University. Jordan Served Terre Haute Lodge No. 19 as the Master in 2015, afterward serving for 2 years as Treasurer and is in his first year as Secretary of that Lodge. Previous to those positions Jordan also served the Terre Haute Masonic Temple Association Board of Directors as the Secretary/Treasurer (2012/2013). Jordan works as a Culinary Vocational Technology Instructor for the Federal Bureau of Prisons and holds several professional culinary certifications including Certified Executive Chef & Certified Culinary Administrator with the American Culinary Federation, and Certified Dietary Manager/Certified Food Protection Professional through the Association of Nutrition & Food Service Professionals. In his free time Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, traveling, dining at fine restaurants, and live theatre.
